Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that paintings created by the animals may take several weeks to complete as we are often constrained by the weather and the animal’s mood. We do not offer refunds on paintings once they have been completed by the animals.
Once we receive the item you are returning, we will process the refund. This may take up to 14 business days to complete depending on your bank.
