Are Arctic Foxes Legal In Idaho?

Yes, pet arctic foxes are legal in Idaho. You can keep an arctic fox as a pet in Idaho so long as you have a Deleterious Exotics Possession Permit from the Idaho State Department of Agriculture. These permits are issued on a case by case basis and, in order to obtain one, you must prove you have significant knowledge of species health and handling and proof of appropriate containment facilities.
